Post Orthopedic surgery massage
Description
This massage includes a thorough assessment prior to any hands on treatment to determine specific post-op goals including swelling management and any postural pain associated with your procedure. Techniques used during the session may include manual lymph drainage, scar mobilization, range of motion exercises, kinesiotaping, vibration, cupping, and trigger point release. The goal of post orthopedic surgery massage is to decrease swelling and pain and emphasize all post-surgical compliance with your surgical and rehab team. We will work directly with your PT or OT to supplement your plan of care for an expedited recovery.
