Deep Tissue Massage

Our techniques include lymph drainage for leg/foot swelling and lactation promotion, scar mobilization for C-section recovery, deep tissue and trigger point release for postural pain, and cranial work for anxiety reduction. Clients can be comfortably positioned "face-down" using a special prone pillow, on their side, or on their back with head elevated, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual's needs.

Prenatal/Postpartum Massage

A massage with mild to firm pressure customized to treat problem areas. Areas of concern will be addressed with techniques such as trigger point release, guasha, cupping, and myofascial release. This massage is ideal for those looking for a combination of relaxation and pain relief, and have a lower tolerance of deeper techniques.
